Process
As Creative Director leading all brand and marketing, spanning video, content, graphics, photography, and packaging. I built our social media department from the ground up - assembled the team, shaped our strategy, and launched both organic and paid programs. For our Oodles brand launch, I drove our presence from zero to 2K followers and 3M impressions in six months, directing everything from content creation and influencer partnerships to our $120K ad budget.
I transformed a disorganized 10-person department into a strategic powerhouse - establishing clear workflows, implementing comprehensive digital marketing, overhauling legacy systems, and aligning leadership to cut chaos by 50%.
